We do not charge your credit card until we get ready to create your custom order. Therefore, if you create an account and log in
to check the status it will show 'pending'. Once we charge your card, it will change to 'payment received'.
Shipping We ship to all 50 US States and to most foreign countries. We ship via the United States priority service to standard adresses, rural routes, PO Boxes, and APO addresses.
We ship all packages with 'delivery confirmation'. Once delivery of package has been confirmed, we will not be held liable or responsible for 'lost' or 'stolen' packages.
You can request, 'Signature confirmation' in the special instructions area, during check out (an additional fee of $3 will be added to your shipping cost).
We are currently shipping in approximately 2 weeks, which means you will receive your order in approximately 2 1/2 weeks. If needed earlier, there will be a special instruction section during your check-out and let us know your special requirements, or you can e-mail us with date needed, and we will try to accommodate an earlier shipping date. This is not always possible, especially during our busy season.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
